Lamar Jackson boasts contract he negotiated and did not sign with Ravens

Los Baltimore Ravens have negotiated a long-term deal with the quarterback Lamar Jackson for many months and now the player is signed under the non-exclusive franchise player tag.

His future with the AFC North franchise is one of the biggest issues in the NFL offseason and the quarterback won’t let rumors rule the conversation.

The Baltimore Beatdown outlet resumed on its Twitter account that Jackson had turned down a guaranteed $200 million contract. ESPN was the first to report the rejection of the QB in September of last year.

However, the quarterback quoted the tweet and responded that he negotiated a three-year, $133 million deal.. Furthermore, he emphasized that he does not need an agent to represent his interests.

With the franchise tag, the Louisville graduate will earn 32.416 million dollars for playing with the Ravens in the 2023 season. However, any team can trade the quarterback before the start of the season and give Baltimore two first-round picks if they don’t match the offer.

According to the NFL Network report, that amount of money was part of a longer deal.
