Castricum – Students of De Kustlijn primary school received judo lessons for the first time on Friday from former international Najat van Leeuwen-Mesaoudi. The multiple medalist put the children of unit 1 to work with movement and listening exercises. The aim of the lessons is to instill trust, discipline and respect for each other.
