Union Berlin: Almost transfer – that’s what Isco says about the failed Bundesliga change | Sports

This is what everyone has been waiting for!

Ex-Real star Isco (30) commented on the failed move to Union Berlin and takes the posse – it looks like – quite calmly.

After his ultimately unsuccessful short trip to the capital, Isco said on his return to Spain to a reporter from the local channel “101TV Sevilla”: “Something like that happens in football.”

However, the non-transfer made plenty of headlines: only after the medical check did the two sides realize that they could not come to an agreement after all.

According to Union manager Oliver Ruhnert (51), the consulting agency Gestifute had requested changes at the last moment. As a result, the transfer failed. At “Sky” he said: “Even if the player is already here, we don’t get involved in doing anything that doesn’t suit us.”
