There are hardly any changes to report in the top ten of the ATP world rankings: The newly crowned Australian Open winner Novak Djokovic continues to lead this, Carlos Alcaraz and Stefanos Tsitsipas are the first pursuers. A first shift can only be reported in seventh place, which is now occupied by Taylor Fritz, pushing ahead of Felix Auger-Aliassime. It’s the new Personal Best for the American.

The winner from Montpellier, meanwhile, is a bit uphill: Jannik Sinner. With 250 points in his luggage, he makes up three places and has been in 14th place since Monday. With that, Sinner has also pushed ahead of Alexander Zverev, who has slipped down a place and is the new number 17 in the tennis world. Tommy Paul in 18th place is a new career high just behind.

Thiem remains in the top 100

Those gentlemen who competed in Montpellier, Dallas & Co this week were able to achieve new personal bests across the board: for JJ Wolf (38th), Marc-Andrea Hüsler (47th), Federico Corcia ( 49th) and Yibing Wu (58th) set a new career high in the world rankings. The latter made up a whopping 39 places with his sensational triumph in Dallas.

From a German perspective, Oscar Otte is still number two in 80th place, followed by Daniel Altmaier in 97th place, also just inside the top 100. So does Dominic Thiem, who lost three places but was still part of the top 100 in 99th place is. Austria’s number two is Jurij Rodionov as number 131, Dennis Novak (137th) and Filip Misolic as 146th are just behind.
