More than 10,000 Spanish companies do not have an internal complaint channel |

More than 10,000 Spanish companies do not have an internal reporting channel that guarantees the anonymity, confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower against retaliation. This problem is also accentuated among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which will be forced to create a department to manage this information channel in terms of compliance.

This situation is aggravated by the recent approval of the Law regulating the protection of people who report on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption in the Senate, which obliges companies with more than 50 employees to have platforms and channels for the management of complaints by them, guaranteeing their anonymity and enabling access to third parties.

Given this scenario, Report@ was born, a company that offers a comprehensive management service for reporting channels, from its technological implementation to the investigation of requests. In this way, the processing of anonymous complaints is favored through technological tools that allow these more than 10,000 companies that still do not have the necessary tools to maintain confidential communications with the anonymous informant.
