Top start for the regional qualifying rounds for the French championships. This weekend, place for juniors (Saturday) and minimal (Sunday) on the tatamis of the Bruno Gawronski dojo in Saint-Avold.

Hopes of the podium, or even the title, which will rest mainly on the shoulders of Anaïs Viaud (JSC Mussipontain, -70 kg), Angeline Bristeau (AJ54, -63), the defending champion, and Emma Rouart (AJ54, -78 ) for women, as well as Magomed Khamzatov (JSC Mussipontain, -73) for boys, hoping of course for some good surprises as a bonus.

The contingent of contenders for qualification will be reduced by the absence of several injured Lorraine leaders such as Emelyne Bigault (AJ54, injured) and Mathias Dos Santos (JSC Mussipontain), or having temporarily taken a step back like Daud Khamzatov (JSC Mussipontain) or Romain Bui Van (JSC Mussipontain, passed to MMA).
