The Championship was held last weekend at the Las Torres de Cotillas Municipal Sports Center (Murcia), with the participation of the players from the Hoyo Badminton Sports Club Bruno Giménez, Martín Fenoll and Pablo Sanz.
Martín Fenoll and Pablo Sanz, in individual mode, were eliminated in the semifinals, losing in the third set Martín Fenoll with Guillermo Muñoz from Córdoba and Pablo Sanz with Raúl Hernandez from Murcia, who would ultimately be the winner of the championship. In the final of the men’s doubles modality, however, they won the victory against Huesca players Jorge Royo and Hugo Gallego, proclaiming themselves Champions of Spain for the second time in a row.
