MLB: Craig Kimbrel chooses the Philadelphia Phillies

Reliever Craig Kimbrel has reportedly agreed to a one-year, $10 million contract with the Philadelphia Phillies, Jeff Passan has learned from the network ESPN.

The 34-year-old pitcher played with the Los Angeles Dodgers last season. In 63 games, he made 22 saves, in addition to recording 72 strikeouts in 60 innings pitched.

During his career, Kimbrel also played for the Atlanta Braves, San Diego Padres, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox.
