Final of the Swiss Championships 2022

This weekend of November 26/27 took place in Lausanne the finals of the Swiss championships.

The judo club had 7 qualified fighters in 11 different categories.
Unfortunately two judokas, Tessa Ebona (who was aiming for the title in two categories) and Talya Magistro could not participate in these championships, due to injury.

On Saturday, our very young Goddess Baumgartner, still a schoolgirl, obtained a magnificent third place by losing only against the future Swiss champion aged 3 years older and international fighter.

Océane Labarthe in elite +70kg and Marine Labarthe in elite -70kg fails at the foot of the podium with a 5th place.

Alexis Moynat in a very strong table obtains a 7th place.
On Sunday in +70kg, Océane obtains a very good second place and brings back the title of Swiss vice champion.

Kaetan Jasinski in junior -60kg, only 2nd year hope bows in the first round without having failed.

Marine Labarthe also lost in the first round handicapped by an injury during her fights the day before.

Alexis Moynat, as for him, he made a good run in junior -60kg but unfortunately lost in the final against his lifelong enemy. Thus becoming Swiss vice-champion.

Congratulations to all our judokas for their qualification among the best Swiss fighters and congratulations to the three medalists.
