The 2022 advent calendars from the Castrop-Rauxel Lions Club and the Emscher-Lippe-Land community foundation were again very popular. All buyers will now check daily whether their calendar number is a winner.

Of the Advent calendar 2022 of the Lions Club Castrop-Rauxel entices with over 300 prizes worth a total of over 16,000 euros. In this way, social purposes and people in need in the region are supported.

A total of almost 100 supporters could be found as donors. This year’s main prizes include a travel voucher worth 1,000 euros from the Lions Club and a Kitchen Aid food processor from the Kraft & Meister tax consultants.

The proceeds are made available to the Lions relief organization Castrop-Rauxel and used to support regional projects such as charitable organizations and school and kindergarten projects in the city.

The “Good Purpose Advent Calendar”. Civic Foundation EmscherLippe-Land was a bestseller again this year. After three and a half weeks all 6500 calendars were sold for a good cause.

The good purpose advent calendar hides 492 prizes with a total value of over 26,000 euros behind its little doors. In addition to vouchers, there are coveted technical devices, sports equipment, pieces of jewellery, household appliances and much more. The main prizes to be raffled are a Thermomix, a travel voucher worth 1000 euros, an e-bike and a robot lawn mower.

The prizes can be claimed up to February 28 by presenting the calendar in the Volksbank Waltrop, Am Moselbach 9, be collected. More information on the website of Civic Foundation EmscherLippe-Land.
