A smooth return therefore for those who stay on a white season in 2021-22, and who have had minor sores on their knees recently. If the recent MRI revealed nothing serious for Simmons, the Nets will not take any risks with their player, especially since the latter is struggling for the moment to find his rhythm.
With 6.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 7.3 assists on average, his start to the season is clearly not great and we are for the moment light years away from the impact hoped for by the Nets. So obviously, the latter did not expect to see a Simmons in All-NBA mode from the first meetings of the season, but a frustration would have already settled in the group and in particular with Kevin Durant in relation to the difficulties that today the Boomer.
