The NBA has suspended Pat Beverley for three games

The punishment decided by the NBA against Pat Beverley for the brawl that the player of the Los Angeles Lakers caused late in the game against the Suns. Beverley, angered by Ayton’s swaggering attitude, pushed him from behind, causing him to trip over a downed Austin Reaves and causing him to fall dangerously to the ground. The referees had immediately expelled the former Minnesota, not new to similar behaviors, but the NBA has chosen to make matters worse, suspending him for 3 races.

Devin Booker had also expressed himself on the incident after the race, saying that “Beverley needs to stop pushing people from behind” and that he should instead push them from the front, if he really wants to.

For the Lakers, 5-11 on the season, it won’t be a big loss. In fact Beverley is scoring alone 4.1 points per game in yellow-purple, despite remaining on the field for 27.4 minutes per game.
