Broadcaster of the World Cup for the 3rd edition in a row in France, beIN SPORTS has unveiled its programming for the World Cup in Qatar.

New broadcasts, commentators, experts and section dedicated to the France team… The channel that will play at home is waiting for that!

Broadcasting the entire World Cup, namely 64 matches including 36 exclusive, beIN SPORTS has unveiled its plan for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. In addition to TF1, which will broadcast certain matches unencrypted, beIN is arming itself with a big program.

The channel announces more than 230 hours of live from 10 a.m. to midnight. One thing is certain, beIN will be working hard from November 20 to December 18. Like the last two editions in Brazil and Russia, the channel will present special broadcasts so as not to miss anything of the tournament.

Shows

“Club Qatar: the pre-match”. Broadcast 1 hour before the kick-off of each match, the program will be hosted alternately by Vanessa Lemoigne, Clément Genton or Daren Tullet. They will be accompanied by François Rabiller as well as the channel’s consultants.

« Inside Qatar : l’actu ». Broadcast from November 29 (last day of the group stages), to find out all the news about the competition. Presented by Emmanuel Barth or Thomas Ferro-Villechaize.

« Qatar night show : le debrief ». To debrief and close each day of the World Cup, Thomas Thouroude will be accompanied by Margot Dumont and will host the program from 10 p.m.

“Doha Story: the regular column”. To transcribe the fervor on the spot, Claire Arnoux will present this chronicle throughout the tournament. On the program: presentation of Fan Zones, description of supporter days around the world and visits to emblematic places.

During this World Cup, beIN will not fail to support the French team. So as not to miss anything from Didier Deschamps’ men’s days, a #beinBleus section will also be presented. Press conferences, training sessions, but also exclusive interviews to support the reigning world champions.

The World Cup also to be experienced digitally

As during the 2018 World Cup and EURO 2020, it will also be possible to follow the matches on beIN Sports 2 in statistics mode with « Match Center ». Another way to follow matches around a combination of statistics, single camera images and live comments from subscribers’ social networks.

Speaking of social networks, the experience will also extend in digital mode. Subscribers will be able to relive the highlights and summaries of the matches on the channel’s website. The commentary duos will offer “Social Live” live from Qatar. Viewers can share their reactions with the hashtag #beINFWC2022. All news and updates will be broadcast on the channel’s various social networks, with more than 14 million followers (all networks combined).

Consultants

To make you live the matches, you can count on the usual beIN commentators. Philippe Genin, Christophe Josse, Jean-Charles Sabatier as well as Daniel Bravo or Omar Da Fonseca to name but a few. Surprisingly, Benjamin Da Silva, friend of Omar Da Fonsca, is absent. The chain also has many experts, including former professionals.
