A fan wrote on Twitter: “The sooner Ronaldo leaves, the better. What an absolute circus he puts on. He’s not needed and United are a better TEAM without him.”
Another says: “Ronaldo has ruined his legacy as a footballer and as a person. His ego ruined everything, it’s a shame his career ended like this.”
In addition, another supporter of the “Red Devils” is already looking forward to the Portuguese finally leaving the club: “I can’t wait for Cristiano to leave, someone please take him with me. So unprofessional. United play sooooo much better without him.”
Under ten Hag, Ronaldo was no longer one of the regular players and was criticized for his poor performance, freaking out, insults and listlessness on the pitch.

It remains to be seen whether the renewed search for a club will be crowned with greater success.
