An early end! The former Sparta and Slavia star was fired

He was already planning a third season in sunny Cyprus, but it ends prematurely for the thirty-two-year-old Josef Hušbauer. The former player of Sparta Prague and Slavia stayed in only eight of the ten league games in his new club Karmiotissa, and he himself started only eight of them, even sitting on the bench in the last two. Currently, the tenth team of the top league decided to prematurely terminate the contract with the player, which he announced on social networks.

One can only speculate about the reason for the early end in the new workplace. The club did not provide further information, but the main role is played by the poor financial situation, which is also evidenced by the fact that the former national team midfielder was one of the highest paid players. The rookie of the top competition was apparently looking for a way out to ease the difficult financial situation. The interesting thing is that the club does not even have a website in operation, so every crown is for the benefit of a better future.

Josef Hušbauer, who was unable to make a name for himself in the team playing home matches in Larnaca, had a difficult month. The seasoned midfielder will have to find a new path to lead his career. A return to another Cypriot team, Anorthosis Famagusta, is also under consideration, where Hušbauer worked for two years after leaving Dresden and became a stable player in the starting eleven. Apparently, even the end of his career is not ruled out.

However, Czech goalkeeper Milan Knobloch, defender Tomáš Čelůstka and Slovak players Tomáš Hubočan and Michal Ďuriš are still working in the club.
