[밀양시 소식] School Sports Club Badminton Competition Success/Homepage Quiz Event

The ’15th National School Sports Club Festival Badminton Competition’ was held for two days from the 12th to the 13th at the Miryang Badminton Stadium in Gyeongnam.

Hosted by the Ministry of Education/Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Gyeongnam Provincial Office of Education, a total of 86 teams and 657 people from 15 cities and provinces across the country participated. The competition was divided into elementary school (male and female), middle school (male and female), and high school (male and female).

In particular, during the competition period, Miryang Arirang Space Observatory tour, various experience booths such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, drone soccer, sports stacking, and a food market were also operated, receiving positive responses from student athletes and parents and enjoying the regional characteristics of Miryang.

Mayor Il-ho Park said, “I hope that it will develop into a meaningful festival where everyone can grow together in the process of getting together as one through healthy school sports club activities rather than winning or losing games.”

The city of Miryang will hold the ‘Miryang City Homepage Quiz Event’ until the 20th, where anyone nationwide can participate.

The Miryang City website quiz event is held to publicize Miryang City government information, tourist attractions, and excellent agricultural products. To participate in the quiz, access the Miryang City website and submit the answers to 4 multiple-choice questions and 1 subjective questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire on the event page.

The city of Miryang will select 218 of those who entered the correct answer and announce it on the website on the 21st. The winner will be given Miryang’s excellent agricultural products such as ice-gol apples, arari rice and agar yanggaeng.
