Rangers are attacking a sad Champions League record. Pilsen can also be in trouble

Rangers FC footballers are still struggling in the Champions League. After four matches, the Scottish team has four defeats on its account, and mainly a threatening score of 1:16. If coach van Bronckhorst’s men continue this trend, they are in danger of surpassing the worst score in the history of the Champions League held by Dinamo Zagreb.

Dinamo Zagreb football players played in the famous Champions League in 2011/2012, but they got a hard time in the basic group. The Croatian team lost twice to Real Madrid, Lyon and Ajax Amsterdam. And he left the autumn part of the millionaire competition with a balance of 0 points, 3 goals scored and 22 goals conceded. With this record, they entered the history of the Champions League as the team with the worst score.

But the Rangers now have a foothold to break this sad record. The Scottish club lost heavily to Liverpool 1-7 on Wednesday and are 1-16 after four Champions League group games. Rangers now have a duel with Napoli and Ajax Amsterdam, which means that they will have a chance to improve their balance sheet, but possibly also significantly worsen it.

However, Pilsen can also be in similar problems. Although the West Bohemian team was able to at least partially alleviate the defeat against Bayern on Wednesday, they still have challenging duels with Barcelona and Inter Milan in the crowded Group C. Viktoria currently has a score of 3:16.

Speaking of Champions League records, Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah also took care of one of them. The Egyptian forward just scored three goals in a short sequence against Rangers, making it the fastest hat-trick in the history of the millionaire competition.
