Juan Estévez, one of the best 2005 athletes in the country, passed the qualifier at the M25 Rio de Janeiro beating Joao Giannella, 22 years old and ranked 1499 ATP.
With these two wins he managed to enter the M25 in Rio de Janeiro. This being his first participation in the main draw of a professional tournament.
His sister Josefina had achieved it in 2 tournaments (El Dorado and Tucumán). Both Josefina and Juan are the first two Venticinqueños to play a professional tournament main draw.
