Having obtained the regional French archery school label and the status of training center, the SLO Bettancourt organized, on Saturday September 24, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., the first course of the season, supervised by Jennifer François and Jean-Bernard Duval, members of the regional technical team, and trainers within the youth commission.
The bettancourtois club will ensure, this season, the follow-up of the regional training courses for Haute-Marne. Seven archers from SLO Bettancourt were present, namely Giulia Vallelian, Maxime Block, Nathan Bouveret, Henry Méry, Louis Méry, Muhammad Bettahar and Esteban Myaux. “It’s a great reward for the work done by the young archers”commented Monica Vallelian, vice-president of the club.
A course will be organized once a month on the bettancourt facilities, until March. Other young people from the Haut-Marnais clubs will be able to integrate it.
The first indoor competitions will begin in October.
