INDIVIDUAL SPORTS. Individual sports are underway with gentle, postural gymnastics, fit boxing, get fit, boxing gymnastics and weight room. There will be martial arts with Judo, Karate, youth Karate, beginner and intermediate Thai Boxing courses.
TEAM SPORTS. Team sports are also starting with mixed 5-a-side football, volleyball (also for beginners), basketball and beach volleyball, ultimate frisbee and touch rugby, as well as of course also tennis courses with all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced).

To subscribe for the courses it is necessary to be registered with the Cus Pisa at the secretariat in via Chiarugi, 5. The courses have a duration of nine months. As for the limited number courses (Beach Volleyball and Tennis) it is possible to register a maximum of one more person, with a regular proxy valid only for registration purposes. Each course starts only when the minimum number of students is reached. Course status updates are posted every Saturday.
