For those over 60, the Bouconne Leisure Center offers free leisure and relaxation activities with professionals, as part of the implementation of collective actions for the prevention of health and “aging well”. These activities are funded by grants paid by the Departmental Council of Haute-Garonne with the support of the Conference of Funders for the Prevention of Loss of Autonomy. Fauna and flora lovers will be accompanied by a naturalist guide through the Bouconne forest and along a 1 kilometer path to learn about the functioning of the forest ecosystem. For fans of outdoor physical activities, the Bouconne Leisure Center offers archery and, since this year, golf initiation and Nordic walking. All these activities are supervised by professionals specialized in the practice of these sports.
