After training this Monday and Tuesday in London with Stefanos Tsitsipas, Roger Federer (41) will participate in his last official competition, the Laver Cup (September 23-25) in London. The Swiss legend told SRF, in comments reported by Eurosport: I’m really looking forward to a competition like the Laver Cup where competitors become teammates. This is a very special week for me as I was involved in building the idea of the Laver Cup with my friend and agent Tony Godsick. We worked long and hard on the concept and I think we’ve come up with something really special, and I think now having the Big 4 (Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray) in the same week is truly a dream come true. »
