Sergiño Dest turns his back on FC Barcelona shortly before the transfer deadline. The 21-year-old right-back is on loan at AC Milan. The move can be found in the official Serie A transfer register. The Rossoneri have also secured a €20m purchase option for the American.
At Milan, Dest is supposed to compensate for the loss of regular Alessandro Florenzi, who has been out for weeks. At Barça, the departure of the former 21 million purchase allows the opportunity to add to the right-back. Dest has made 72 competitive appearances for Barcelona over the past two years. His contract runs until 2025.
In return, Héctor Bellerín (27) is set to return to the Blaugrana and occupy Dest’s squad place. At Arsenal, the La Masia pupil has been approved and is expected at Camp Nou shortly.
