After recovering, Lithuania reduced the gap to 1 point with 3 minutes remaining (11-12), but the crescent-star team finished the period 22-17 ahead.
In the first 5 minutes of the second period, where both teams were able to score a basket, Turkey prevailed 24-19. The Nationals finished the period with a 32-27 victory.
Starting the third quarter with Berke and Özgür’s baskets, Turkey increased the lead to 9 points in the 22nd minute: 36-27. In the 26th minute of the match, Karahan’s basket brought the score to 43-37, and Lithuania, which caught the 11-0 series, dominated 48-43. Lithuania finished the period ahead 48-45.
