Roger Federer He is ready to return to tennis and will do so alongside a special guest. The Swiss will share the ground with Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, at a charity event to be held next month as part of the Laver Cup.
Prince William’s wife and the historic Swiss tennis player will join forces with the aim of raise funds for vulnerable British children and young people.
The news was released by Kensington Palace, as well as the organization of the Making Cup through their social networks
“Thrilled to announce that Laver Cup will be partnering with the Duchess of Cambridge this year to raise funds for two amazing charities,” the Swiss tennis player wrote on his Twitter account on Wednesday.

When will the event be?
The competition will take place from September 23 to 25 at the O2 Arena pavilion in the English capitalbut the day before the tennis players will warm up engines in the traditional training day where the public can access by purchasing their tickets.
In addition to Federer, the tournament is also expected to feature other great tennis players such as Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. Over a weekend, the event pits six of Europe’s best players against six from the rest of the world.
