Windsurfing: Noam Kobel gets on the box in Italy

Young Noam Kobel (15) continues to shine internationally. In IQ Foil, Olympic windsurfing, the navigator from Saint-Blais distinguished himself in Torbole, on Lake Garda. In Italy, he placed second in the Under-17 category.
