From Tuesday August 16th to Friday August 19th, eight young beginners and experienced badminton players took part in the Penchots de la Rade summer camp in Brest. Badminton was obviously on the program in the morning, at the Keranroux gymnasium. The afternoons were dedicated to leisure activities: Laser Game, bowling, La Récré des Trois-Curés (Milizac-Guipronvel) and Sports Fridays.
The 2022-2023 season is now on track, with recovery courses starting next week for adults and young people. “The emphasis is on the practice of the youngest, with the establishment of three slots for 7-11 year olds: Monday, from 4:45 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Quilbignon gymnasium; on Thursdays, at the same times, at the Quéliverzan gymnasium, with the possibility of organizing a pedibus or carpooling for these two sessions. And a third session is set up on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at the Keranroux gymnasium, ”explains Frédéric Wattebled, president of the club.
A specific time slot is supervised for those over 50, on Mondays, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Quéliverzan gymnasium.
