Attempted extortion, aggravated personal injury, unlawful competition with violence and threats and carrying objects capable of offending. These are the charges against three men between 57 and 30 years old arrested yesterday afternoon, by delegation of the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the court of Naples, by policemen and now under house arrest. According to the accusations, on 12 March in San Giorgio a Cremano two of these allegedly attacked and threatened with death three people belonging to the same family unit and one of whom was seriously injured after being repeatedly and violently hit in the head with a baseball bat.
The “fault” of the victims, including a woman and an invalid, is that of representing the “competition to be eliminated” for the aggressors, exercising a similar commercial activity in the same territorial context. From the investigations it emerged that March was not the only episode of violence, followed by others that were always made by surprise and for the same reason.
