Antwerp players refund tickets of accompanying supporters | Conference League

After the difficult second preliminary round against Kosovar Drita, Antwerp is now waiting for Lillestrøm, which should not be underestimated, the current runner-up in the Norwegian league after sixteen match days.

150 brave Antwerp supporters traveled to the town east of the Norwegian capital Oslo. 45 fans even had to take a bus ride of about 23 hours for that, the Gazet van Antwerpen knows.

To thank those supporters who traveled along, the players will refund their match tickets. “They are doing that as a token of appreciation for the effort the fans have made to come to Norway,” it sounds.

The return is scheduled for August 11 at the Bosuil (19.30). If Antwerp brings the confrontation to a good end, Turkish Istanbul Basaksehir or Icelandic Breidablik await in the last preliminary round.
