While waiting for Ousmane Dembélé’s contract extension, FC Barcelona is preparing to play its first match of the 2022/23 pre-season, against the modest team of Olot this Wednesday, July 13.
For this first match of the season, Xavi has summoned a list of 21 players, with many young people, but without Dembélé. It is moreover Alex Collado who will wear the number 7 of the French for this friendly match. New recruit Frank Kessié will wear number 5.
The Blaugranas will thus have the opportunity to wear their new away jersey, in golden color, for the first time. Young players expected to make further progress this season will be present. Other departing players like Pjanic or Sergiño Dest will also be there.
