Gaziantep Basketball has signed 28-year-old United States forward Leyton Hammonds for a year.
Continuing its transfer efforts for the new season, Gaziantep Basketball, one of the ING Basketball Super League teams, recently added 28-year-old American 2.03 forward Leyton Hammonds, who played in Japan’s Yokohama B-Corsairs team, to its staff for a year.
In the statement made by Gaziantep Basketball on the subject, “Our team has reached a one-year agreement with the United States big forward Leyton Hammonds (2.03, 1994). He reached 14.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists statistics. Later on, Leyton played 55 games with Japan’s Yokohama B-Corsairs team in the 2021-2022 season, spent an average of 24.7 minutes and finished the season with 12.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists.
