All orders are shipped from our warehouse address located at
Yachew LTD, Unit 45, Parkhall Business Village, Park Hall Rd, Stoke-On-Trent, Reino Unido.
Lead times are specified by product and are an estimate of processing speed and warehouse demand. Please see the product overview page for an estimate. We will do our best to meet delivery times, but please allow some wiggle room, especially when shopping at one of our international stores outside of the UK.
Please note that larger orders of multiple items may take longer to process and it may be best to split your order into smaller shipments to speed up processing times.
Please note that our warehouse is closed on public holidays and we do not ship orders on these days and they are not taken into account in the estimated delivery windows.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
If your order is being delivered within the EU, please note that we have joined the EU’s Single Window for Importation (VUI).
From July 1, 2021, there is no additional VAT fee to be paid for parcel delivery in Europe below €150.
Europe – From 4.95 euros – Your order is expected to arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Please note that in most cases your order is fully traceable and you can follow its delivery on a dedicated portal.
USA – FREE – Your order is expected to arrive within 10-14 business days of dispatch. No tracking. We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries and use DPD for larger shipments.
Canada – FREE starting at $39.00 – Your order will arrive within 10-14 business days after shipment. No tracking. We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries and use DPD for larger shipments.
