Tielemans is entering his final year of contract with Leicester City. He therefore appeared to leave the English club this summer. That was also the wish of the Red Devil.
Arsenal insisted on Tielemans and a transfer seemed in the making. That was, however, not counting Arsenal itself. The Gunners are no longer interested, now that they are on a sigh of agreement with FC Porto’s Fabio Vieira.
According to Sky Sports Tielemans now takes a surprising decision. He will extend his contract with Leicester City for another year. For example, he cannot leave the house for free next summer and so it seems that he will stay another year.
