Judo closes activities in the national fair with the conquest of 12 medals – agendahidalguense, digital newspaper

*The judokas from Hidalgo finished their participation with a gold medal, five silvers and six bronzes.

*On their last day of activity, the athletes were awarded a silver medal and four bronze medals.

Pachuca, Hgo.-The activity in the CONADE 2022 Nationals has concluded for the judokas from Hidalgo in Hermosillo, Sonora, who harvested 12 medals for three days, which are divided into one gold, five silvers and six bronzes.

The athletes closed the specialty medal table with a silver medal and four bronze medals in the under 21 category.

Emiliano Rubio won the silver in the -60 kilogram division, leaving the gold in the hands of Ángel Herbert, from Guanajuato, while the bronze went to José Quinta from Tamaulipas.

The bronzes went to Eduardo Hernández in -73, Marcela García -63, María Márquez -78 and Bernardo Almeida in -100 kilograms.

Table tennis, participates with the athletes Chimalpopocatzin Ruiz, Brenda and Ximena Figueroa, who in singles have faced their peers from the states of Veracruz, Sonora, Sinaloa, Quintana Roo, Querétaro, State of Mexico, Jalisco, Coahuila and Nuevo León .

Ximena Figueroa, concluded among the 16 best tennis players in the under 19 category, while in under 21 Chimalpopocatzin and Brenda, ended their participation in the doubles modality, losing in the quarterfinals against Querétaro 1-3, leaving them out by medal bronze, while in individual, Chimalpopocatzin was two games away and Brenda one for metal.
