On the one hand, the little ones traveled to Cádiz to compete in the traditional El Puerto City Tournament, in which some athletes from the TSV youth academy took part. Everyone was able to enjoy a very familiar and fun day of judo in a fantastic atmosphere, in an event that each year brings together a large number of judokas from all corners of Andalusia.

For its part, the Junior team, made up on this occasion by Jaime Perez and Rafael Jimenez, was traveling with the Andalusian Federation to Cáceres, to compete in the Spanish Super Cup of the category. Both athletes from Huelva debuted category, in the case of Jaime when he left the cadet category and, as for Rafael, in his new division weight -73Kg.

Jaime, after fighting hard-fought matches in his -60Kg category, finished in ninth place after losing in the first repechage match. For his part, Rafa, in -73Kg, stayed at the gates of the podium achieving a meritorious fifth place after giving up in the fight for bronze.

Alicante Absolute Cup
In this way, the club is preparing the last appointment of the season, which will take place in the coming weeks with the Absolute Cup of Alicante, where the athlete Javier Pérez will take part.

Finally, this week, the club from Huelva also has an event of special relevance, with a rather special closing of schools, since the triple Paralympic champion Carmen Herrera, Framed in the Mentor 10 Program with the collaboration of the Junta de Andalucía and Huelva City Council, it will sponsor said closing by holding an educational day before the delivery of commemorative degrees and diplomas of the season.
