According to information from Telegramconfirmed by West France a few hours later, a young professional Lyonnais, whose identity has not yet filtered, was arrested without a permit, after refusing to comply in Saint-Brieuc. The facts date back to Monday.
A chase even took place for a few moments, probably because the 20-year-old was driving without a license and without insurance at the wheel of the vehicle that belonged to his mother. After hitting a barrier, he tried to flee but the car was too damaged. He admitted the facts at the Saint-Brieuc police station and will have to explain himself to the court in Côtes-d’Armor on January 16.
