On the 5th day of the 69th Spring Tohoku District High School Baseball Championship, two semi-finals were held at Rising Sun Stadium in Noda Village, and Hanamaki Higashi won the Kuji 13-0 five times in a row. I advanced to the final. Morioka Daisan defeated Morioka San 5-0 to advance to the finals of the second consecutive tournament. The final was the same as last time, with Hanamaki Higashi and Morioka University, and both schools got the right to participate in the Tohoku tournament (opening on June 8, Fukushima Prefecture).
On the final day, the 29th, the 3rd place playoff and the final will be held at the same stadium. Hanamaki Higashi is aiming for the 10th victory in 4 consecutive tournaments, and Morioka Daisuke is aiming for the 7th victory for the first time in 5 tournaments. Kuji and Morioka Daisan will face each other in the 3rd place deciding match and compete for the right to participate in the Tohoku tournament.
