The 6th Buan-gun Wanted Champong National Badminton Tournament hosted by Buan-gun, Jeollabuk-do and organized by the Buan Badminton Association was held at the Buan Sports Park Indoor Gymnasium for two days from Saturday, the 21st to Sunday, the 22nd.
371 teams (198 men’s wear, 90 women’s wear, 83 mixed wear teams) and 700 people participated in this contest held to promote Champong, a specialized brand of Buan-gun, and tourist attractions in Buan-gun.
The competition was held for each age group in their 20s and 30s, 40s, 50s, 55s, 60s and older, mixed wear, men’s wear, women’s wear, and each event by water level.
