I’m 15 years old and go to the gym twice a week for about 1.5 hours, where I mainly train abs, arms and back. I don’t use extremely heavy weights, ie when I train my biceps I lift about 12.5 kg. But since I’ve often heard that strength training inhibits growth in young people, I really wanted to find out to what extent this also applies to me!
