Karim Benzema believed to be making satire directed at his compatriots, Kylian Mbappe, because he canceled his move to Real Madrid. How did Mbappe respond?
The French football superstar made Madrid bite his finger after signing a new three-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain. Whereas previously there was belief that Mbappe would be in costume blanco in the next season.
Madrid have been chasing Mbappe for a long time and have been in contact with the player’s camp throughout this season. However, Mbappe chose to stay in Paris because PSG’s plans had changed and he got a very lucrative contract with a fantastic fee.
Karim Benzema responded to Kylian Mbappe’s decision with an upload on Instagram. The French bomber showed a photo of the late top rapper Tupac Shakur, a photo that many consider a betrayal.
Mbappe will soon meet Benzema in the French national team which will play UEFA Nations League matches against Denmark (4/6) and Croatia (7/6). Mbappe is ready to talk to his senior.
“Yeah, yeah, and I’ve seen some Real Madrid players post a lot of stuff,” the 23-year-old told Marca. “These kinds of things can happen, I don’t have anything to say.”
“Of course when I am with the French national team I will explain to Karim why I stayed at PSG because we have a good relationship.”
Benzema will lead Real Madrid against Liverpool in the Champions League final this weekend. Mbappe hopes The real will take home the trophy.
“I can imagine their disappointment. I will be their biggest supporter in the Champions League final in Paris. My home,” Kylian Mbappe added in a separate statement.
