The new two-year Euro Hockey Tour contract was signed by the hockey federations of the Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland, and during the tournament in Stockholm, which the national team led by coach Kari Jalonen won without losing a point.

The Swiss will replace Russia expelled due to aggression in Ukraine as the organizer of the traditional December Euro Hockey Tour.
