How to watch Game 5 of the NBA playoffs on TV

The Dallas Mavericks will try to continue weaving a historic comeback in the NBA.

In the Western Conference Final, the Mavs quickly fell behind in the series against the Golden State Warriors who won the first three games.

No team in NBA history has advanced after starting a playoff series trailing 3-0.

On Thursday at the Warriors’ home, the Mavs will look for their second win of the series after Tuesday’s victory at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.

The task will be complicated for the Texan team since Golden State has won nine consecutive games at home in the Conference Finals.

That streak began in 2015, the year the Warriors team began building a dynasty that led them to three NBA titles.

“We have players that believe they can win in any circumstance,” Mavericks coach Jason Kidd said.

Becoming the first team to win a postseason series after losing the first three games is something Kidd prefers to take with a grain of salt.

“We must think about one game at a time, now our next goal is to try to win a visiting game, we cannot get ahead of the facts,” he said.
