SLIEDRECHT – Four Sliedrecht catering companies received a warning during a check on Friday evening, May 13, 2022. There will be a recheck soon. A fifth company is fined and later re-checked to see if everything is in order. On Saturday 14 May 2022, that message sent the municipality of Sliedrecht, which did not report what was checked.

“Fortunately, the companies usually have everything in order, sometimes small things have to be adjusted. From time to time we also run into major violations,” said the municipality, which carried out the check with other government agencies.
Not nice
Catering entrepreneurs did not like it when a large group of people immediately entered their business for an inspection. With this beautiful weather and especially on a Friday evening, residents decide to have a drink or go out for dinner. Several guests witnessed the inspection. The aim of the municipality is to maintain a fair business climate and to combat unsafe and/or nuisance situations.
