The Plougasnou archery club has just obtained federal certification – Plougasnou

On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 April, the grounds of the Château de Kernevez, in Saint-Pol-de-Léon, hosted an archery competition organized by the Compagnie Saint-Politain. Several Plouganist archers participated for the first time in this 3D course. This discipline is practiced outdoors, on a course made up of targets representing life-size animals and placed at varying distances. Erwan Ecobichon finished 1st in junior free shooting, and François Ecobichon, 3rd in bare bow senior 2.

During this competition, the Plougasnou club received its Ambition level federal labeling certificate with mixed certification, rewarding its structural efforts with the particularity of welcoming a third of archers and promoting women’s sport. This certification is valid for one year. The club has the opportunity to apply each year for a higher level or additional certification. Only five Finistère clubs have been labeled this year.
