After the positive Easter weekend, the senior teams of the Baseball Softball Club Rovigo are looking for confirmations in their respective championships. It starts tomorrow with the delicate transfer to Castions di Strada for the A2 softball girls. The match, valid for the second round of Group B, represents a first important test for the team coached by coaches Javier Pino Soto, Adriano Morabito and Cristina Pollato.
The debut in the league smiled at the “Girls” from Rovigo, who within their friendly walls have twice overtaken the White Tigers Massa: a result that is the result above all of the careful defensive test, with only one point awarded to the opponents. Now we need to follow up on that performance and, if possible, also improve the performance in the batting box. Castionese, for her part, has just returned from a draw with Longbridge and is looking for the first full score to confirm seasonal ambitions that aim for the high ranking. Also for this reason, being able to make a result in Friuli would be fundamental for the girls of Rovigo and would give an interesting perspective on the rest of the championship.

Guests of the day are the New Black Panthers of Ronchi dei Legionari, a Friulian team that has so far collected a full success against Padua and a prestigious draw against Collecchio, second force in Group B after Fortitudo Bologna.
The rossoblùs of coach Soto Diaz come from two convincing victories against Castelfranco Veneto and Verona, the goal can only be to give continuity to the positive streak. As for the Serie A2 girls, also for Itas Mutua the one at the gates is therefore a first test to understand what the real ambitions may be in this first difficult phase of the season. As for the roster, Frigato is back, but coach Soto Diaz will still have to do without the injured Buin and Salgado.
