Noë Dussenne will therefore miss the Liège derby against Seraing.
The last appeal from Liège therefore had this Tuesday, before the Disciplinary Council. The lawyer from Liège, Maître Bouchat, put forward several elements. “If we look at the action, the first fault is that of Mr. Vaca, who retains Mr. Dussenne”specifies the Liège council. “The latter does not even look at his opponent and does not change the trajectory of his race. At no time does he make an intentional gesture towards his opponent. In addition, the criminal record was retained as an aggravating circumstance while he has been expelled three times in his ten-year career but never for violent behavior. This record is rather in his favour. We ask you to consider the exclusion more than sufficient. No additional sanctions should be imposed. And if it does is the case, it must be a reprieve”
