Basketball group competitions started in Hakkari

The Anatolian Stars League boys’ and girls’ basketball group competitions in Hakkari started with the star of Hakkari Governor and Deputy Mayor İdris Akbıyık.

The competitions, which started at the Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate Sports Hall, started with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem.

Youth and Sports Provincial Director Emin Yıldırım stated that the aim of the competition is to spread sports in many branches in 81 provinces, to ensure that more competitions are held, and to train and win athletes for clubs and national teams.
