We have decided to strengthen cooperation with Public Art Co., Ltd. and Ibaraki Sports Town Management Co., Ltd. on the capital and business sides and form a group. As a result, a new “Lucky Robots Group” will be born.
By bringing together the four companies that have collaborated to create and disseminate the charm of Ibaraki and water, we will strengthen the business collaboration of sports, media, entertainment, and urban development, and contribute to the development of Ibaraki. We will prepare a system that can be done.

As the first step, we will acquire additional shares of Ibaraki Broadcasting Co., Ltd. in March 2022 to secure more than 90% of voting rights.
