Ratiopharm Ulm wins against MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg – SWR Sport

Ratiopharm Ulm has won the Swabian derby against the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg in the basketball league. Crailsheim has beaten front runners Bonn.

It was an even game in which the Ulm team only pulled away at the end and finally won a clear 78:66 (43:33). The best throwers of the game were Semaj Christon and Thomas Klepeisz from Ulm, each with 16 points.

Intense duel at eye level until shortly before the end

Ulm won the first two quarters by five points each. After half-time, the Ludwigsburg came better into the game and shortened the gap. At the end of the third quarter, they were five points behind. The final quarter was dominated by the hosts again, but only clearly set themselves apart in the last few minutes.
