Vaccinated Lakers star LeBron James on NBA ‘corona list’ | Sport

The 36-year-old star is on the so-called corona list of the American NBA competition, as it turned out shortly before the game. James had indicated in September that he had been vaccinated against the virus. That he is now on the list, in accordance with NBA regulations, almost certainly means that he either tested positive or had an inconclusive test result.

Without James, the Lakers won 117-92. “It is certainly a great loss,” Lakers coach Frank Vogel said before the game. “It’s a disappointment. We hope for the best for him now.” Vogel hopes to have James back soon, but he could only guess: “We’ll see.”
